Hey there, I’ Dr Katherine, a naturopathic doctor specializing in mental health. As a physician, It’s always been my philosophy that my job is to pass along the background info (physiology) that correlates with your experience (symptoms). Education first.

From there, the name of the game is collaboration. I let you peak into my toolbox and see what looks good to you. Homeopathy? Herbs? Rx? Nutrition? Supplements? Let’s talk about it all so you can make an informed decision.

I branched out into Human Design and Artful Boundaries because, so many times, it wasn’t the physical symptoms that folks really struggled with.

It was the shame and frustration of not being able to live up to the expectations of who the world was telling they should be. What they should be accomplishing. How many hours they should be working. How their lives should be arranged.

When you break down the should what’s left is pretty simple:

Something you genuinely do want to move toward, or something you’re ready to drop like a hot potato.

And while you absolutely do have everything you already need, it can be helpful to have a cheerleader in your corner. Someone to remind you of the wisdom you already carry.

I’m not here to tell you what to do.

I am here to help carry the lamp as you (re)discover your own inner light.
